A former high- official at San Francisco Public Works was arrested this week for allegedly concealing more than a quarter-million dollars in income from his wife’s merchandising company, which secured no-bid agreements with Public Works.Gerald “Jerry” Sanguinetti, a former bureau manager for the department, was charged with five felony counts of perjury and two misdemeanor counts of failure to file financial disclosure statements, San Francisco prosecutors said Thursday.
