Lee Merritt is an American Constitutional Attorney who has been an advocate for communities and families involved in the most important cases of our time. Lee is a national leader on issues of justice, civil liberties and governmental accountability who has become a champion for families across America whose rights and liberties have been trampled. Lee’s advocacy in Texas centers on practicing before the conservative Fifth Circuit Court. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Morehouse College where he studied History and he received his law degree from Temple University’s James Beasley School of Law. Lee’s dedication and commitment to public service have greatly benefited working class Americans. Lee resides in North Texas where he lovingly coparents five beautiful children and the family dog Douglas.
